Ondas Featured in Bloomberg for $875.8M DZYNE Acquisition

Ondas earned national business and technology coverage in Bloomberg following its announcement that it will acquire autonomous military aircraft developer DZYNE Technologies in an $875.8 million cash-and-stock transaction. The deal significantly expands Ondas’ autonomous defense portfolio, uniting complementary technologies across unmanned aerial systems, counter-drone capabilities, wireless communications and military intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR).

As part of the coverage, Bloomberg Technology’s Edward Ludlow interviewed Ondas CEO Eric Brock live on Bloomberg TV. Brock discussed the strategic importance of the acquisition and the broader transformation underway across the defense technology industry, explaining how Ondas is positioning itself to meet growing demand for scalable, domestically produced autonomous systems. He argued that the U.S. must rebuild its industrial base to remain competitive as nations accelerate investment in next-generation defense technologies.

Bloomberg also highlighted the strength of the rapidly expanding defense technology market, noting record venture investment flowing into the sector as governments modernize military capabilities. The publication reported that, with the addition of DZYNE and the previously announced Omnisys acquisition, Ondas is now targeting approximately $525 million in annual revenue, underscoring the company’s aggressive growth strategy and its emergence as a comprehensive autonomous defense technology platform.
