The Objective

Leverage key Simpplr executives and research to highlight Simpplr as a leader in the employee experience conversation, particularly as it relates to remote and hybrid work in a post-pandemic world.

The Strategy

The Escalate PR team met with key Simpplr leaders to understand the common thread between employee experience and the changing work environment. Following, the team mapped out key messages and topics each spokesperson could focus on including AI, Anywhere Work and Future of Work. Utilizing Simpplr owned research and stats to support the story, the Escalate team engaged with business, HR and HR Tech media to provide thought leadership content through 1:1 interviews, podcasts and contributed articles.

In 2023, the team secured several 1:1 interviews for Simpplr spokespeople, including HR Daily Advisor, HCI Podcast, Forbes, ReWorked, HR.com, HR Executive and HRO Today focused on including AI, Anywhere Work and Future of Work. Overall, Escalate’s outreach generated 59 pieces of media coverage, with a total of unique visitors per month totaling over 809M.
